In Haiti, a drive to the nearest hospital can be a torturous ride of up to 12 hours. Approximately 25% of patients in need do not receive the medical attention they need in time to survive. Haiti Air Ambulance provides emergency helicopter services to the people of Haiti, treating the ill and injured with expert medical care, while flying patients to qualified medical care providers, greatly shortening the time to definitive care.
Because of supporters like you, Haiti Air Ambulance can provide life-saving care when and where it is needed most at no cost to Haitians in need. Our efforts include transporting critically ill or injured patients away from disaster areas to hospitals, and just as importantly, transporting doctors, nurses, and vital supplies to devastated areas of Haiti.
